3D assets & textures from Booth

The client must give proper credit to the designer @Livtriplesix on X / my VGen link.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned graphics as part of my portfolio.

I have the right to refuse any commission request.

I do not provide any artworks (I'm not an Illustrator). I make only the graphic design part of the commission.

I do not provide source files. For PSD files, only texts are editable.

Commercial rights are included in my prices (except for patterns). Reselling/sharing it is now allowed.

Payments are always upfront via VGen.

Rush Order fee is 50% to 100% of the final price and the delivery time will be shorter than the default.

For regular services: 2 (two) revisions are included - additional revisions will have a fee. Note: I won't make any changes after the work is ready to deliver!

For skeb/surprise me services: no revisions are allowed and no wips or updates will be sent.

Files will be sent on VGen or Google Drive.

Turn Around Time (T.A.T) is different for each commission type (details on VGen).

I usually work in a 'first come, first serve' way, so please be patient and wait for your turn! Please note that queue wait time and waiting list time may varies, affecting the delivery date.

Delivery date starts counting when I start to work on your project. If there are any adjustments or delays to the delivery date, I will inform the client.

Delivery date may be changed if I get Rush Orders.

Share, resell or any redistribution of the graphics are forbidden!

Do not claim my work as your own. Do not edit or modify my work.

The client is responsible to keep the files safe and accessible. I won't keep backups.

Refunds or cancellations after payment are not possible.

If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be sent.
